Response to Complaint #1

she sent this to me, "But such a shame not to let everyone know about such a bad experience. Blogshop owner supposed to be honest on the items delivery and stock status."
one, i've NEVER lied and be dishonest about ANYTHING before.
you can ask any customer of mine.
all i said to her was, "the last few sentences was unnecessary."
and she blasted into this.

her last sentence in your site was, "customers are always right."
lol. please.
is this era still revolving around that?
im a buyer as well.
i dont say such immature things.
we're all old enough to know that we're all humans, whether or not we're sellers/buyers.

if you were in my shoes, and im a seller, i made a mistake, i said im sorry.
and get scolding and saying that im cheating her money and stuff, i still respect you by saying it nicely that her last few sentences was unnecessary.
instead of typing a long story explaining from sellers' point of view, ill just say,
"customers are humans as well, and humans are not always right."

that's all i want to say.

it was supplier's site that was down, and it's not my fault.
im trying my best as well to rush my supplier every alternate day to set up his site back.
technical difficulties are hard to control, right?
how can i get the blame for this?
