Complaint #1

I browsed through a blogshop call pastel stripes selling a jacket on 30th of april,
i made payment on may 3rd since its written there item will be delivered after 3 days.
After the payment i emailed the owner the referance number.
So ive waited for the items but it never arrives
On May 7th, i emailed her to ask again about the item.
This is reply i got from her:
" hey there. :)im posting it today.cos i got things arriving at my place today, so send out all together lo. :) "
I email her again to ask when it will arrive she replied me this
"i just came back from posting it.phew.hot day. >< "
ME: " How long it takes to arrive? "
"it'll reach you either tomorrow or the day after. :)most likey tomorrow."
I waited until May 21 and email her again to check about the tracking number since i havent receive it, and she told me that mistaken it, she dont have the items now as supplier website down etc. i dont feel like elaborate much of this lame excuses.
Until today, i emailed her again to check when the item will arrive, she said on 1st??? She replied me this, i cant believe the owner will be very rude towards customers. Im totally speechless..
And this is the last email i got from her, how humiliating as if this is my fault for asking.
"just so you know, the last few sentences you said, are totally unnecesary.
i didnt expect my supplier's site to be down.
i admit, it was my bad for mixing up.
but, im trying my best as i can and im not trying to cheat your money.
accusing isnt a good thing as well.
you know what, forget waiting till friday, i will just refund you now.
im not gonna lose my dignity over the few bucks by you accusing me like this.
there's no need to threaten and all the sort.
if you find it such a big deal, well, obviously it isnt till you have to go run and complain to other ppl for comfortill refund tonight.
this aint a pleasant experience for me as well, as there was one customer which i really appreciate.
i made a mistake and she waited for weeks and she didn complain.
she was willing to wait another batch for her stuff to arrive.
she didn even complain one bit.
well, guess everyone is different. :)"
Such a bad experience buying from blogshop! I hope reviewer out there will write about this story to inform all online shoppers.. What a shame! But thanks for reading this coz there's no place for the shoppers to actually make complaints or recomendation on any blogshop. It will be great if reviwer can spread the news and make shoppers out there to be more alert so that blogshop owners know that customers always right and our few ringgit is still money.
